By downloading or using Profile Clinic (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Dogukan Al Gündogan. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms conflict with it, that agreement prevails.

Profile Clinic analyses a dating profile against published research and returns a score with cited findings. It is an informational tool offering general guidance.

It is not advice about any individual, it does not guarantee any outcome — more matches, replies, or dates — and its findings are statistical tendencies drawn from research, not predictions about you. The app reports how much of your profile it was able to assess; please read that figure as part of any result.

You keep all rights to your photographs and text. We claim no licence over them. As described in the privacy policy, photographs never leave your device.

You are responsible for what you put into the app. Only upload photographs you have the right to use, and only paste another person's profile text where you are comfortable doing so.

The app offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to build messages intended to deceive or pressure someone, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or redistribute the research corpus. The app applies safety checks to generated messages; deliberately working around them is a misuse of the service.

The app, this website, their design, source code, wording, and the compiled research corpus — including the way facts are selected, weighted, scored and presented — are owned by Dogukan Al Gündoganand protected by copyright and other laws. The name Profile Clinic and the app's visual identity are ours.

Underlying research studies remain the property of their respective authors and publishers; the app cites them and does not reproduce them. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app or corpus, except as permitted by applicable law.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will improve your outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. We may suspend or discontinue the service, in which case any unused portion of a paid subscription is handled under Apple's refund policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
